The Smoke Alarm Company Pty Ltd was established in 2009 to meet the needs of recent legislation in Western Australia.

The Smoke Alarm Company Pty Ltd preferred electricians are fully licensed and comply with Australian Installing Standard 3786m. They will assist you have the correct alarms and RCD's installed and maintained in your home, based on the Building Codes of Australia.

The employees of the Smoke Alarm Company Pty Ltd are passionate about providing safe and energy efficient products for your home, and undertake both external and internal training regularly. All Smoke Alarm Company employees, including Smoke Alarm Technicians undergo a company devised exam to ensure their knowledge of the industry and the company, is second to none.

Michael Gibson, Operations Director

Dip. Police Studies

Mick has a diploma in Police Studies, (Law and Procedures Advanced) in Western Australia & Ireland, and is passionate about ensuring the safey of Western Australian families.

Mick served in the An Garda Siochana, (Irish Police) for nearly ten years. He was a Crime Investigator in the Divisional Crime Task Force in West Dublin, profoundly dealing with serious crime, namely armed robbery and murder. Mick is also qualified in Health, Fitness and Leisure Management from City and Guilds of London Institute which he acquired in 1994. Also serving on the WA Police Force until retirement.

Now retired from the Police Force, Mick has been involved in the sustainable energy industry in recent years. In 2008 Mick built up a business in the area of energy reduction for homes and sold a highly successful business in 2010 to concentrate on The Smoke Alarm Company Pty Ltd.
